The scope for €1,900 excl. VAT
Prepare a decision. Commission implementation separately.
Included: one defined quotation process, 3–5 sample cases, up to four systems or repositories, two online meetings and one joint revision of the findings document.
Software development, integrations, data cleansing and ongoing AI operations are not included. A pilot or implementation requires a separate proposal and order. On-site meetings and travel are agreed separately.
Your examples can be anonymised. Access, retention and deletion are agreed in advance. Customer documents are not sent to external AI services without explicit agreement. More about privacy

Who is this assessment for?
Teams handling recurring technical customer enquiries that require information from emails, documents and different systems.
What do you need to provide?
3–5 typical enquiries with attachments and a person responsible for the workflow. Exports, screenshots or a joint review are usually sufficient; access to production systems is generally not required.
What if AI is not useful here?
That becomes part of the recommendation. You receive a reasoned next step, such as standardising the workflow or preparing data. No further engagement is required.
